Paisley Got Her EARS PIERCED!!

Mommy took Paisley to get her ears pierced on July 27! She was so nervous and scared but Mommy got hers done when she was Paisley's age and talked herself into.

Now she cried a little, but not much.  Sooo pretty! 

Mommy was zoo proud of Paisley Rae! She cried for about a minute then was perfectly happy!

Growing Up So Fast!

Paisley has started sitting in her high chair.  She loves sitting in it because she can see so much up there.  Mommy puts her in there while she's doing things around the house because Paisley likes to keep her eyes on Mom at all times.  She follows her everywhere :)

She's sitting in her Bumbo seat...PLAYING WITH TOYS!! My oh my she's doing so much! She's picking up her toys, sticking them in her mouth and banging them around.  She even watches T.V. now! To Mommy, it seems like Paisley is learning something new everyday!!

She is definitely Mommy's sunshine...without a doubt!

Getting More Hair!!!

Paisley's 2 Month Check Up

Paisley went to the doctor on Wednesday July 20, 2011.  She weighs 11 pounds 11 ounces (BIG GIRL)  Her height is 23 inches long :) getting tall!  At her first 2 appointments she was in the 25 percentile, now Paisley is a little above the 50!  Dr. Keepes said he is very happy with that.  He says she is doing great and looks wonderful!  There is one small problem with her belly button though....she has a little of a hernia in her belly button.  Both of her grandmas and her Great Mamaw have said something about it, but I didn't worry much about it.  Dr. Keepes said it should go away on its own by the time she is 2.  Paisley screamed the whole time we were in the doctor's office...until Mommy put her in her carseat and started swinging her! She is one spoiled baby, but why have babies if you're not going to spoil them right?  Monday Mommy has to make an appointment to get Paisley's first shots, oh no :( Poor baby!

Paisley is TWO months old :) July 5, 2011

 TWO months old 

The past 2 months have been nothing but wonderful with Paisley around.  She has brought so much joy to our lives.  We couldn't imagine not having her...in fact we've forgotten what life was like without her.  She is absolutely amazing and couldn't enjoy being parents anymore than we already do! Having her has been such a blessing and we thank God everyday for putting her in our lives!

We decided at the last minute on the Fourth of July to enter Paisley into the baby contest.  In her age group 0-3 months the winner was the first one to smile :)

Mommy and Paisley swimming.  Paisley liked swimming at first but she hadn't had a nap all day and was wore out after winning the baby contest so she got a little grouchy.  We only swam for about 10 minutes.

Fourth of July Weekend

When Mommy is getting ready, fixing her hair, putting on makeup, folding laundry or anything else in the bathroom, she has to put Paisley in the sink.  Paisley absolutely loooves sitting in the sink watching Mommy.  She's all smiles and giggles watching her mom :)

 Petting Georgie :) One day Paisley is going to love riding horses! We have yet to find her a horse of her own! In the process of looking, but no big hurry yet :)

 Hanging out on the four-wheeler while Daddy works on the lawn mower.  You do like four-wheeler rides. We take you down to Great Grandma Norma's house on it a lot.  She is a nervous wreck about it and tells us to drive slow in case a deer runs out in front of us :)
